way to disinfect, sterilize water supply ,cle-
ar up effluent and eliminate the plankton in
the recycling industry water. Dilute brine el-
ectrolysis is generally applied in inland areas,
but in coastal areas, seawater may be used 
as material, moreover electrodialysis process
may also be used to desalt the seawater in
